Society is changing from a model that used to be top down to a model which is growing to be bottom up, or one that reflects participation from the citizens. 		<description>It's no wonder the wifi doesn't work if they haven't upgraded any of the hardware since it's inception. Are they that ignorant they don't realize how quickly technology changes. I'd use if regularly if only it ever worked.</description>
